Floors not cleaned, leaving feet dirty!!! Bathroom sink sprays everywhere, and only one towel for two people!!! Ice machine nonexistent, standard in hotels!!! Loud music from the club next door created a disturbance at night!!!

The kitchenette was a real lifesaver . Having a full-size fridge made it so easy to keep my snacks on hand. I was thrilled with the convenience of the microwave for heating up meals. Plus, the location was perfect for grabbing food at nearby restaurants like McDonald's or Panda Wok!

That they couldn't accommodate my smoking preference and on the Booked.net it only have non-smoking Why they don't have the smoking rooms on the site?

Roaches made for an uncomfortable stay.

The roaches in the refrigerator were an absolute delight, and the broken bathroom door added such charm to the experience. To top it off, I expected at least a warm welcome or complimentary snacks for my trouble, but alas, just like my dreams of cleanliness, that was not meant to be. Almost considered giving a good review, but couldn't.

Very noisey people over us had 5 to 6 kids with them plus a dog (pit-bull) made a call to office was just told they would make a call but noise continued the kids played outside both days we were there running around the property with the dog loose running in and out of their room and up and down the side walk in front of the room doors

The room had a nice clean vibe ✨ and the kitchenette was super helpful for snacks. The bathroom door didn't open all the way and had a broken knob. Ugh!

Particularly good and magnificent location of the hotel with free parking. A lot of food options relatively close to the venue. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

It was close to the facility we were going. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Hometowne had a spacious Studio Queen Room Non-Smoking, ideal for my work trip. The kitchenette was particularly useful for storing snacks and heating meals, contributing greatly to my convenience . The front desk staff were commendable in their efforts to address my needs.

Nice hotel with very amiable staff with excellent customer service and a nice size and brand-new rooms. Quiet location in a safe part of town. And near to TO COVE 51 NIGHT CLUB as well as restaurants and Convention Center.
